Yet many perceived a parking shortage. He recommended using prices, along with a suite of transportation benefits for employees and residents, to keep prime parking spots available for customers.

Tonight, the Columbus, Ohio, City Council unanimously adopted an ambitious new zoning code that makes way for 88,000 new homes along the City’s key transit corridors. As part of an interdisciplinary team led by Lisa Wise Consulting, Siegman & Associates worked with City staff, elected officials, and the public to create the new code. The Columbus Dispatch reports:
As part of a team led by Opticos Design, Siegman & Associates has been working with the City of Davis, CA, to replace a cumbersome and sometimes contradictory collection of downtown plans, policies, and guidelines with a clear, succinct plan and code. On Tuesday, the new plan and its accompanying form-based code were unanimously approved by the City Council.
